The University of Cambridge has trial access to Digitalia Catalan until the 17th of May 2021. The platform can be accessed from the following link: https://catalan.digitaliapublishing.com
This multidisciplinary platform features over 1500 titles from 27 publishers in a wide range of academic subjects. The resource is particularly strong in History (305 titles), in the Social Sciences (280 titles) and in Catalan literature (about 200 titles) and it complements our current subscriptions to Digitalia Hispánica (https://www.digitaliapublishing.com/) and to Digitalia Film Library (https://www-digitaliafilmlibrary-com.ezp.lib.cam.ac.uk/) respectively.
Some key publishers featured in Digitalia Catalan include Publicacions de la Universitat de València (364 titles), Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, UOC (353 titles), Editorial Base (140 titles), Ara Llibres (108 titles), Documenta Universitària (100 titles) and Cossetània Edicions (93 titles). The platform also offers access to a small number of ejournals.
Digitalia Catalan includes five e-book collections:
Digitalia ebooks are compatible with most Web browsers, Android phones, iPhones, iPads and many eReaders in one or more viewer options: PDF, HTML, ePub and Listen viewer. Full-text access is available both on and off campus (using a Raven login).
Note that these ebooks are not found in iDiscover, and therefore you will need to go to the website to browse.
